Q1:Can I remit the money directly?

A:To prevent money from being misused, we donate feed so that stray dogs and cats can receive actual help.

Q2:Is there a vetting mechanism for assisted campuses?

A:We will visit the parks and start to deliver the feed after passing the evaluation, and we will take turns to delivering the feed according to the demand of the parks to avoid the expiration and waste of feed. The feed will be delivered in rotation according to the needs of the parks to prevent expiration and waste of feed.

Q3:How often are deliveries made?

A:7~14 days regular delivery

Q4:Can you provide me with the address and contact information of the campus?

A:We are unable to provide the address and contact information of the park directly, to prevent people from bringing their dogs and cats to the gate of the park and dumping them maliciously.

Q5:How can I prove that the park has received the donated feed?

A:After the feed is delivered to the campus, we will ask the person in charge to sign for it and then return the receipt to the donor according to the mailbox that was filled out at the time of purchase.
